CorEquity is a financial service of One Accord, LLC based out of Columbus, Ohio. One Accord is lead by David Kuhn President/CEO. David has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Financial Planning, Commercial Real Estate Lending, Commercial Credit Analysis & Underwriting, Strategic Planning & Corporate Development, Stewardship Planning & NonProfit Financial Consulting. He has advised and funded over $300 million of Christian Ministry based projects.Before launching One Accord, LLC, David was the Vice-President of Faith Based Lending and Underwriting for the Church Mortgage Acceptance Corporation (CMAC). Prior to CMAC, David served as a Ministry Development Officer for the Evangelical Christian Credit Union. He has also served as an Associate Director of Planned Giving for the Salvation Army, Director of Financial Planning and Chief Financial Officer for several ministries with annual revenue exceeding $5 million dollars.He has a BS Degree in Investment Finance from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio and has earned Series 6, 7 and 63 Securities Licenses as well as Ohio Life and Health Insurance Licenses.

CorEquity collects certain personal information from clients who use the CorEquity service. CorEquity collects only the client personal information required to provide the service the company offers, and uses client personal information only for the provision of the service.CorEquity may also collect certain technical information from clients who use the company's service, such as a client's internet address and service usage patterns. CorEquity collects this information to help diagnose technical problems with the service, and to continually improve the quality the service. This information is retained in aggregate and anonymously. CorEquity does not sell, transfer, or in any way distribute this technical information to any third party.2) Client consentCorEquity only collects personal information provided directly by clients or their financial institutions, as well as limited technical information used to help diagnose problems with the company's service and to improve the quality of the service.When a client is initially set up on the CorEquity service, the client's financial institution provides the client's name and contact information to CorEquity. Clients themselves or their financial institutions may subsequently request to change that information in the service; CorEquity does not alter client personal information unless specifically requested to do so by either a client or a client's financial institution. Client financial data is uploaded electronically to the CorEquity service by clients themselves.Clients may withdraw consent to the use of personal information in accordance with the terms contained in this policy by either contacting their financial institution or by notifying CorEquity directly at support_corequity.com.3) Limitations regarding collection of client personal informationCorEquity collects only the client personal information required to provide the service the company offers. CorEquity only collects personal information directly from clients or their financial institutions.4) Limitations regarding use, disclosure and retention of client personal informationCorEquity uses client personal information only for the provision of the company's service. CorEquity will not distribute client personal information in any way to third parties, except in the possible case where the company has retained the services of a third party for data processing purposes. CorEquity retains client personal information for the period of time necessary to conduct the business for which it was disclosed to CorEquity, or as required by law. CorEquity shall expunge or make anonymous, as the company chooses, client personal information, upon receiving notice to this effect from a client or his/her financial institution, unless CorEquity is legally required by court order or other official decree to maintain the personal information.5) AccuracyCorEquity only collects personal information directly from clients or their financial institutions, as well as limited technical information used to help diagnose problems with the company's service and to improve the quality of the service. CorEquity does not alter client personal information unless specifically requested to do so either by a client or a client's financial institution. In order to help ensure the accuracy of personal information, CorEquity provides clients with ready access to their personal information on-line through the company's service. Clients may verify, update, remove, or otherwise alter their personal information.6) Safeguarding client personal informationIn order to ensure the safeguarding of client personal information, CorEquity has established a comprehensive security policy that governs all aspects of the company's operations. At the heart of this security policy is a strict data classification schema which prescribes information handling procedures and which ranks client personal information as the most critically sensitive information in the company's possession. Client personal information:a) Must not be stored on employees' workstations or other computing or storage devices client personal information must only be stored on CorEquity’s live production environment, which is physically isolated from other company networks, and which is carefully protected by firewalls and other industry-standard security measuresb) Must not be printed on paperc) Must not be sent via unencrypted email or faxd) Must not be disclosed in voice messagese) Must only be viewed and discussed by employees authorized to work with client personal informationf) CorEquity performs background checks on all employees authorized to work with client personal information, and these employees receive special training in security and privacy matters.g) CorEquity’s live production environment is hosted by a world-class hosting services provider that provides state-of-the-art physical security. Live data is backed up off-site every every 24 hours. CorEquity’s live production environment is protected from intrusion by multiple firewalls, and areas containing client data are not accessible from the Internet. The production environment is architected with load balanced web, application and database servers to ensure high availability, and CorEquity has in place a comprehensive disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity. All web connections and data and financial statement transmissions to the CorEquity service are protected with the strongest available 128-bit SSL encryption technology.7) Handling client complaints and suggestionsClients may inquire about any aspect of this policy or its application by contacting CorEquity directly at support_corequity.com. A CorEquity Officer will always respond within a reasonable time period, not to exceed 3 days under any circumstance.

Terms and Conditions Terms and ConditionsOne Accord, LLC makes available to you the services described as CorEquity Ministry Loan Intelligence and makes the service available to you via your web browser. In performing these services, we will rely on information provided by you and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide us. You will pay us for the services we provide in accordance with the billing options selected by you during sign up. Fees will be payable monthly or yearly in advance according to the billing term you choose. The written and electronic materials provided to you as part of our services are for your use only and may not be copied or distributed to any third party without our express written consent. This limitation does not apply to Clients data or reports/graphs representing Client information produced by CorEquity. You agree that our maximum liability to you for any reason related to the services provided hereby will be limited to the amount of the fees paid for such services. In the event that a claim by a third party relating to these services is made against us, you will indemnify and hold harmless One Accord, LLC and its personnel from all such claims. The initial term of this engagement shall be month to month or yearly based on the billing term that you select during signup. The service shall automatically renew thereafter for successive monthly or one-year terms unless terminated by either of us by 60 days written notice to the other. There will be no refunds for service cancellation. If we are unable to process your payment via the payment method that you selected for any reason, you agree that we may terminate your access to CorEquity Services with or without notice. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password which, together with your unique e-mail address, allows you to access our service(s). By providing us with your e-mail address, you agree to receive all required notices electronically, to that e-mail address. It is your responsibility to update or change that address, as appropriate.
